Precious metal clay, or silver clay, is made of pure silver mixed with water and an organic binding agent. You can mold it into an endless number of shapes and designs. When fired, the binding agent burns off, resulting in original fine silver jewelry — 99.9% pure. Learn the basics of how to work with silver clay.

Try something new with someone you love. Enjoy a two hour workshop of guided instruction in either hand building or wheel throwing. No experience necessary. We will glaze your finished work of art and it will be ready for pick-up four to six weeks later.

Throwing Off the Hump

Learn to throw from the hump in this 2-hour workshop with Abbey Eaton. This technique is useful for throwing multiple pieces in one sitting, including small items and lids. This is a workshop for potters with experience. Being able to center is a prerequisite. Note: pieces will not be saved.

How To Make the Perfect Bowl

Learn tips and techniques on what makes a bowl elegant yet functional. This is a hands-on workshop with plenty of demonstrations and explanations on how to throw a bowl that has a beautiful slope, sits level, feels balanced, and is neither bottom or top heavy.
